North Dianella Melaleuca Girl Guides showcased their culinary creativity in celebration of Pancake Day. Opting for a friendly Patrol vs. Patrol cook-off, under the discerning eye of Leader Kookaburra, they sourced recipes, collaborated within their Patrols, and reveled in the joy of cooking together. The Wattle Patrol presented an intricate pancake adorned with a variety of fresh fruits and homemade lemon butter, while the Redgum Patrol’s offering boasted a deliciously thin traditional pancake filled with banana and chocolate sauce, creatively garnished with a Trefoil. Both creations left a lasting impression, highlighting the remarkable talents within the Unit.
