Embarking on a journey to enrich the Girl Guides Western Australia (GGWA) experience, we’re thrilled to commence our Culture and Experience Project working with consultants Henry Reed. This initiative, outlined in our 2023-2026 strategic plan, aims to understand and improve our organisational culture and ways of working.

In late April, you will be invited to complete an online survey. Furthermore, selected employees, members, and volunteers will be invited to engage in focus groups, with Guides and parents contributing through interviews to provide a unique perspective.

Your participation in this project is invaluable, and we encourage all members to get involved. Your interactions and the information you provide is confidential and your honest feedback will help us identify areas for improvement and ensure a positive environment for all involved.
