Endless Summer Camp
***Please note, this camp is for 14+ Youth and Olave members only***
We're starting off the Guiding year with a laid-back camp to make the most of the last days of summer. 14+ Guides and Olaves will be camping as peers – relaxing and enjoying each other’s company before the start of a new guiding year.
The camp has a relaxed program with opportunities for orienteering, swimming and canoeing; plus plenty of time for catching up, card games, and an epic north vs south wide game.
While we will camp together, you need to be an independent camper; responsible for your own gear, food and well being. 14-17 yr old Guides should have Camping Trefoil 2, or a recommendation from your unit leader.
The camp fee covers the cost of the campsite & activities. We will have the kitchen trailer, so will provide cooking equipment. You need to bring your tent (lightweight recommended), bedding, dilly bag and food for the weekend, along with appropriate
clothing and other necessities.
If there is enough interest we will organise a group to travel together on the Transperth Bus from Midland Station (which drops you off a 2km walk from the campsite.)
