Guide Gear postage and deliveries

Your enquiries and orders will be answered promptly and honestly.

Delivery times

We usually dispatch in-store items during shop opening hours (Friday and Saturdays). This means that your order should be dispatched within 1-5 working days, depending on what day your order was placed.

For more information about your order, please refer to the confirmation emails that you will receive from us. If you order multiple items and they are not in stock, we will advise you of timing and send goods to you as soon as possible. If the timeframe is too long, please advise and we will cancel your order. 

 

Postal rates and charges

We normally use Australia Post for deliveries in Western Australia. You may request an alternative courier service in which case we will charge you what the service charges us.

Please note that for deliveries within Australia, you only pay one delivery fee per order, irrespective of separate deliveries (sometimes not all items in your order are available for shipment at the same time).

Please also note that postage to States and Countries out side of Western Australia will attract a higher postage rate. We encourage you to contact us via email re the postage charges associated with your order shop@girlguideswa.org.au Orders placed without sufficent postage will not be dispatched until the correct postage is paid.

Status of your online order

You can check the status of your online order by visiting http://www.guideswa1.ashop.com.au/ To access your order, you will need to supply our security gate your email address and password.  If you have forgotten your password click on the 'Forgotten your password' link, which will trigger the system to email to your nominated email address.

How can I pay my online order?

Payment can be made on-line using credit card (Mastercard/Visa) or cheque.

During the checkout process, if you choose to pay with credit card, you will be requested to enter your card details.

We accept payment by cheque from Guide Regions, District and Units only. Sorry, no personal cheques will be accepted. During the checkout process you may choose to pay by cheque, which should be sent to Guide House Guide Gear,  PO Box 780 Victoria Park WA 6979. Your order will be dispatched on receipt and bank clearance of your cheque.
