Sally Carlton Library

The Library is named after Mrs Sally Carlton M.B.E. (1906 - 1996) who was a Girl Guide, a Ranger Leader and District Commissioner for the South Perth and Como District. She was the first Leader from WA to gain a training qualification and was the State Training Commissioner.

Sally was also the State Superintendent of the Australian Land Army in WA during the World War II and conducted training sessions for the Women's Australian National Services (WANS) officers.
