Mobile phone recycling
Girl Guides Australia have partnered with Clean Up Australia to recycle old mobile phones.

Girl Guides will earn $1.50 for every mobile phone recycled and we will be helping to keep our planet clean. Mobile phones contain highly toxic metals that can leach into the environment from landfill.
Please look through your cupboards for all those old phones - and get your friends or work colleagues to do the same.
Mobile phones, along with their batteries and chargers, can be delivered to Guide House, 168 Burswood Road, Burswood WA 6100. Or contact us on (08) 9355 4586 or email to get your reply-paid postage envelope.
Cork recycling - a win for the environment
As a community service, Girl Guides collect corks from collection points in Perth metro area.
Girl Guide volunteers collect the corks from collection points, sort and bag the corks. After sorting, corks are sent to Logic Australia in the Eastern States for recycling.

Money raised through cork recycling is used for Girl Guide outdoor activity programs and facilities.
