Centenary of Guiding
2010 marked the Centenary of Girl Guide service around the world. 
Girl Guides in Australia joined in the worldwide Centenary of Guiding celebrations.
100 years on, Guiding is active in each Australian State and Territory. Guides Australia was a founding member of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts in 1928. Over a million Australian women have been or are still Guides.
